THEY ARE NEW FROM THE FACTORY BUT HAVE IMPERECTIONS  SO I HAD TO PULL THEM OUT. 95% OF THESE SCRATCHES YOU CANT EVEN SEE WITH CARDS  INSIDE OF THE HOLDERS UNLESS YOU HOLD IT UP TO A LIGHT, BUT THEY ARE STILL THERE! I AM SELLING THESE CASES AT A DISCOUNTED RATE BECAUSE OF THIS! PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS< ALTHOUGH THEY LOOK BAD HELD UP TO THE LIGHT, HONESTLY THEY ARENT THAT BAD WITH CARDS IN THEM LIKE I SAID.

difference other then the name brand.
