"U.S. 1861 TOPPAN CARPENTER 90c PROGRESSIVE ESSAYS" VONCORP CARD 1973 Issue Reproductions on 10X7 Card:
This was a limited edition of 5000 copies of an exceptional color reproductions of the 90c George Washington Color Progressive Essays of an 1861 stamp Scott #39 produced by VonCorp of Dunedin, FL in 1972 with Copyrights owned by the Von Stein Family aka "The Dunedin Stamp Company" who were printers and avid stamp collectors and dealers. They printed a set of 32 cards of classic U.S. stamp classics with informational sleeves about the stamps and essays which they named "EDUCARDS". Sadly they were sued for trademark infringement for the use of the word "EDUCARDS". For most of these they were compelled to destroy the informational sleeves. Myself and other collectors bought up most of the 10x7 cards The primary principal owners passed around 2000 and I dealt with a surviving son Frank who sold the property in Dunedin FL sometime around 2005 and I dropped out of touch since. Few have a complete set of the 32 cards I am now selling my set.
This is a unique opportunity to own the best depiction of U.S. rare stamps and proofs EVER created! Most of the production is long since gone! It was produced in 1973.
This limited edition card will never be reproduced
! The card depicting the issue is in full vibrant color. The card is an exquisite, enlarged full color reproductions of the more elusive, expensive and unusually scarce US Philatelic Gems, items which most collectors will never possess because of prohibitive cost or extremely limited availability.
This card measures 10"x7". The card looks fantastic matted and framed and would be handsome on the den, office or classroom wall or as a gift
.
Also it looks great mounted on an album page opposite of the issues featured.
POSTAL DELIVERY IS BRUTAL please choose Priority Mail option but don't cry if First Class Package option doesn't Work out!
I COMBINE WINNING AUCTIONS FOR ONE LOW S/H COST!
I will bundle with other auctions based on weight & destination.
The best deal on S/H would be to bundle ALMOST UNLIMITED Stamps, FDC's & items and I'd send them via PRIORITY MAIL S/H to U.S. and
INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY
S/H up to 4 lbs. to Worldwide!
BUYERS: I accept an electronic check, credit card or other form of payment via PayPal. Auction(s) shipped upon receipt of payment.
Increased
USPS postage and
eBay U.S. Tracking requirement policies compel me to INCREASE S/H because TRACKING IS A PARCEL POST SERVICE WITH A MINIMUM COST WHICH MAKES ME INCREASE MY U.S. SHIPPING COST. LIKEWISE I HAVE TO USE A U.S.P.S. TRACKING LABEL INSTEAD OF POSTAGE STAMPS (sorry stamp collectors). Once eBay was the perfect place to sell stamps, first day of issue covers, other historic postal covers, vintage postcards, obsolete currency, and other flat paper ephemera. Now U.S. buyers will pay more S/H than foreign buyers. eBay policies no longer favor hobby sellers who could sell flat items at more reasonable prices for more reasonable S/H fees. If you have an issue with higher U.S. shipping & handling cost increases please feel free to comment to eBay.).
