This is an interesting little photograph that i found stuffed into a record. It appears to be personalized to someone named wanda and looks to be signed by the musician Tiny Tim. The picture has some creases and stains. See pics for condition. I have absolutely no way to authenticate this so it is absolutely sold as is and no guarantees in anyway.
