Royal Vienna Portrait Chocolate Pot, Beehive mark, signed Nieulant

Description

Beautiful portrait chocolate pot marked with blue beehive.   7" spout to handle, 10" tall including finial.   Pot is cream with maroon and gilt ornamentation.  The gilt laurel wreath on the reverse side is teal.  The portrait of the sweet-looking young woman is signed "Nieulant."  The gilt is in excellent condition other than at the handle which shows quite a bit of wear, so I believe the pot was used.
Please examine the photos closely; mouse over them and ask questions before bidding. They are a better description than my words and the major part of the description.  If you are interested, I will be happy to provide more photos and to answer any questions you have.   I do my best to examine and describe the items accurately and to point out any defects, but if you find something I didn't, please let me know immediately. Please treat me as you would like to be treated.
As for shipping, it's expensive.  I charge actual shipping and estimate high to account for packaging weight.

REVISION:  After doing some close examination of the lid, although the maroon color is a good match, it displays nicely, and fits the top of the pot, it does not belong to this pot.  There are no flowers on the decoration of the pot and the gilt ornamentation around the edge of the lid does not match the pattern on the pot.  Neither the lid nor the pot has any chips, cracks, etc. and both are still beautiful.  I apologize for not examining them more closely earlier and thank you for your interest in them!
