Before being listed for sale, each product is cleaned and refurbished to like-new condition and include new manuals, accessories, and soft goods.
Do refurbished items come with accessories and manuals?
Yes. Items include new packaging with original or new accessories and manuals.
What do I do if it doesn’t fit my dog?
We understand that every dog is unique, and we want to help get them back on their feet! If the product you purchase is too big or too small for your pet, we will happily help you exchange it for the correct size. Simply contact us through eBay messages and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
