Real raccoon heart. Fully dried and preserved.
It's mounted on a background of floral, vintage white lace, with silver threads. It's in an oval, black frame. The piece measures 4.5x3.5" and has mounting hardware on the back.
The color of the heart has been enhanced to replace what was lost in the drying process, and finished with a gloss.
Animal origin: this came from a critter who was sadly killed on the road.
