    Description

RARE RARE Signed SIGNED BY ED KING ...MYLVYN SKYRYDYR POSTCARD offered for sale by Former Member Wife Collection!.
This is from my mom's well known Skynyrd Collection. First close friend to both Judy Van Zant and Teresa Gaines Rapp, she met the band members and next she was on the road with the band in '93 during the Last Rebel Tour...her then husband, Tim Lindsey, was their bassist that year, stepping up to the plate while Leon was out of the picture (another long story for another day).
She was also a long time major exhibitor in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as owner of Allman Bros Berry Oakley's main bass guitar which she later reunited with Berry's son and grandson.  She also loaned the museum a Leon Wilkeson Tophat which remained on display there for many years.
She decided to dissolves her collection of one of a kind original items she has acquired over the years to allow someone else the enjoyment of owning them.
"This card was given to me by Ed himself many years ago. He signed it in gold fine point marker for me and I've kept it pristine ever since.
As the Co-writer of the most played anthem "Sweet Home Alabama" and "Freebird", this is an extremely desirable and a one-of-a-kind find.
This is one of my favorite things and among the last of my items now being offered for sale, so my attachment is reflected in my asking price.
This is on black heavyweight paper, 4.25" x 5.5".
Ed signed it using gold fine point sharpie.
The item has no visible defects. Really nice piece.
Skynyrd collectors know the name "Mylvyn Skyrydyr" as it was used ad a band name by members before the band officially reunited in 1987.
    Don't miss out!
