CORTECO's HT range is a silicone elastomer that crosslinks at room temperature: acetic, non-flowing, adherent, very good extrusion.
Applications:
It is mainly intended for professional customers who use it as a flexible bonding agent to ensure sealing, bonding or protection.
Resistance up to 300°C
Its elongation/breaking properties make it possible to accompany significant movements of differential expansion.

The polymerization of the HT CORTECO range begins as soon as the product is brought into contact with atmospheric humidity.
It is possible to accelerate crosslinking by increasing the temperature/hygrometry couple.
Adhesion property:
Self-adhesion without primer.
Beware of excessive damp heat for the assembly of metals and polyester.
Implementation:
For optimum performance, it is recommended that HT CORTECO products be applied to clean, dry surfaces.
The implementation is particularly easy, because the product is delivered ready to use.
Application can be done manually or using automatic dispensing equipment.
The bead must be placed on one of the two joint planes.
