    Description

    New Rubber Hand Grips by Mid USA
    Fits all 1" handlebars.
    One grip has 1" inside diameter for your throttle sleeve side, one grip has 7/8" i.d. for going directly on the handlebar.
    Grips measure approximately 5" in length.
    Classic mushroom surface design isolates shock and channels moisture for comfort and performance
    Sold in pairs.
    Installation instructions:
    Remove the old grips & clean the handlebar and throttle tube with contact cleaner to remove the residual grip material or glue from the surface.
    Identify which grip fits on the clutch side (bare handlebar) and which one fits over the throttle tube. The smaller of the two open grip ends is for the clutch side; the larger inside diameter hole fits the throttle tube.
    Spray a quick blast of aerosol WD-40 lubricant into the open end of the clutch side grip and slide it onto the handlebar.
    Use gentle pulling and twisting motion to seat the grip end tightly against the end of the handlebar.
    Repeat on the other side and allow to dry overnight to insure maximum adhesion.
    Note:
    WD-40 has proved to be the best, most readily available chemical for installing these grips because after it dries, it gently bonds the rubber grip material to the metal surfaces of the handlebar and throttle tube. DO NOT USE grip glue, hair spray or other chemicals for this step. WD-40 works great.
