The PSL refers to the Pfeiffer and Lowenstein factory of Schlackwerth,Bohemia,Austria.
In 1938 the Nazi’s seized the factory and renamed it Porcelain Factory Schlackwerth Josef Pfeiffer.
The dish has a small chip on the handle (see pics)
