Visbella high-temperature silicone is intended for automotive production of gluing and sealing. This silicone is safe for oxygen sensors. Suitable for almost all seals in the car. Suitable for temperatures up to 315ºC. 100% pure silicone without additives. Instantly seals and stops leaks from seals. Resistance to weathering, moisture, vibration, UV light. The silicone will dry in 1 hour and will harden completely in 18-24 hours. Not recommended for parts that are in constant contact with gasoline. Packaging from 85ml in a blister. Surfaces must be clean and dry. Store in a dry and cool place below + 30 ° C. Use within 12 months of opening.
HIGH TEMPERATURE SILICONE
It forms to any size or shape gasket, and is resistant to both temperature and migration caused by thermal cycling.
Can withstand temperature from -80F up to 600F (315C).
Ideal for timing covers, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, cylinder heads, carburetors, and more.
Dries securely as a gasket.
Directions:
1. Surface must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease.
2. Pierce seal at the end of the metal tube using the top of the cap.
3. Screw on applicator nozzle and cut to desired bead size.
4. Apply an even bead of silicone around perimeter of surface.
5. Assemble parts once silicone has skinned. Skinning should take about 8-12 minutes.
6. Remove any excess silicone.
7. The silicone will dry in 1 hour and cure completely in 18-24 hours.
Warning:
Uncured sealant causes eyes and skin irritation. In case of eye contact, flush with water and call your physician immediately.

How To Use
1. Clean and dry the surface before operation, squeeze the gel, apply a continuous 3-5mm thick gel on the surface, and surround all bolt holes 2. When the gel is wet, assemble the parts and tighten the bolts until the gel starts to squeeze out from the edges. After drying for 1 hour, tighten the bolts 3. Allow it to cure for 24 hours before injecting liquid or resuming use, and then close the lid after use
