Damages must be document via photos and shared with the SELLER with in 48 hours of receipt.
Returns:
Any physical damage caused in transit during the return process is the BUYER’S responsibility to the SELLER so a damage claim can be processed.
All returned items must be in the condition outline in the original photos or description in listing.
SELLER reserves the right to reject the item if after inspection it was determined that the item was damaged buy the BUYER.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please protect yourself in the return process. It is suggested you purchase adequate insurance.
Returns on medical scopes:
Due to the fragile nature scopes, glass rods/fiber optics etc., to facilitate a seamless return, we require that you document damaged boxes, envelopes etc. via photos
immediately upon receipt.
Additionally,
upon receipt and before use
, please thoroughly inspect the integrity of the optics (Blurry/Cloudy/Bent and Cracked lenses. damaged fibers etc.) BEFORE putting in use.
Failure to do so will void my return policy. If the above steps are followed, I will be happy to facilitate a return.
