I have axolotl babies and, while they've been a lot of fun and work to raise, however I don’t space for all of them. So it's time to find new water! The Axolotl parents are not siblings. The babies are siblings, so I do not recommend housing any more than 1 per tank to avoid accidental breeding. Axolotls prefer colder temperatures and require quite a bit of maintenance to keep them healthy and happy, so please make sure you understand exactly what kind of needs they have before going any further!
