Gorgeous leotard with tons of sparkle. The size tag is cut out so it is probably an adult small or maybe adult medium? It measures 23” shoulder to crotch unstretched. There is one flaw, on the side, there is one part of the material with a loose stitch. This would probably need repaired. See photos.
