    Description

    Up for sale is an Antique Royal Vienna Style Victoria Austria Transfer Portrait Plate. Circa 1904-1918.
    The plate features a nice blue/turquoise color around the brim with a gorgeous gilt pattern and a transfer portrait of a beautiful woman. The plate features a nice beveled brim. There is a blue underglaze mark on the bottom that reads "VICTORIA  AUSTRIA" above and below a crown. This mark was used between 1904-1918.
    There is a lot of wear and some light stain to the paint of the portrait as well as the gold gilt pattern surrounding the portrait and around the brim. Otherwise the plate is in good condition with no cracks, chips or crazing and still displays okay.
    Measurements are approximately:
    8 3/4" Diameter.
    5 1/8" Base Diameter.
