    Description

    Antique Goldsheider Beatrice Pottery Bust
This is a wonderful antique reproduction pottery bust created by Friedrich Goldsheider in Austria. The bust is composed of a white clay and painted an olive green with a burnished black highlighting. The paint is somewhat streaky and strange, but it does seem to be the original paint. The top of the head shows some paint chip loss. I could see no other chips or cracks. The bottom is heavily marked. It is marked from left to right reproduction reservee, Fredrich Goldscheider with Wein underneath and the numbers 2190 over 38 over 69. The bust is in very good condition other than the issues mentioned above.
The bust measures about 8.75 inches tall and is 8 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep at the base.

    To My Customers:
It is never my intention to distort or deceive anyone about the items I am selling. I try to expose as many flaws as I see and take a lot of photos for you to view. If I accidentally miss something, please let me know. Or, if I inaccurately describe an item, I would appreciate your input. I sell a variety of items and while I do know something about many of the items I sell, I am by no means an expert on everything. I want to have satisfied customers and I will do my best to resolve any issues. But, you must also do your part by reading the descriptions, viewing the photos and emailing me with any questions or concerns. I may also use recycled packaging material for packing. Thank you!
