Large Antique Amphora Arts & Crafts Turn Teplitz Nouveau Vase. Signed & numbered. 14” tall.
A knowledgeable person has let me know: The "PD" mark is Paul Dachsel. His works were prominant in the "RStK" Amphora Werks. He worked along side with the Riessner brothers, Eduard Stellmacher and Rudolf Kessel. Paul had been a roomate of Eduards at the Art academy in Paris. This piece is likely circa 1905 - 1907 when he produced independently.
I found this amazing arts & crafts vase in an estate sale, it was drilled to use as a lamp base at one point and is sold as-is. Thank you for looking & please see photos for condition.
