6-Click "Request a Return".
Once you send the request, we will provide the return shipping address and RMA number. You will need to return the item in the assigned time frame to the given return address including your RMA number. Please update the return case with the tracking number once you shipped the item back to us, so we can follow the package and take further action on the case. Please follow the return case through eBay. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
