    A: I sell used parts and normal replacement parts like bulbs, plastic clips , wear sleeves/inserts/bearing and weather-stripping won’t be tested, included, or replaced unless otherwise stated. I do my best to only pick good reusable parts. I often pass up parts because of imperfections that I wouldn't put in my own car even if the part is complete.
    Q: My part does not match color wise, or the stitching is different.
    A: Used and new parts will never match 100% due to color change from age, sunlight, heat, humidity, conditioners, etc. Items will not be refunded or exchanged because of color match, within reason IE if you get red when you ordered blue I will send the correct part. As for stitching please check the photos vs yours. Manufacturers may change stitching patterns every couple of years, doesn't mean items won’t fit. Will just look slightly different.
