1966 Fender Mustang guitar neck rosewood

Up for sale is a 1966 Fender Mustang guitar neck. Rosewood, 24". Great shape, I will go through the list about the condition:
First, the nut is replaced and not seated. Back of the headstock looks oversprayed long ago but I don't see any evidence anywhere other than that place. I may be mistaken and the finish has aged as such. Lots of cosmetic checking on the headstock along with light nicks and scratches. Normal stuff.
The back of the neck has aged in finish and partly discolored. Light scuffs, scratches. The fretboard is conversely almost completely clean. Odd. It has no finger wear. The frets have no wear either. The frets also are not completely seated. See photos. Doesn't affect use and they aren't coming out. Maybe they're a refret. Heck, maybe the whole fretboard was replaced. Neck is straight and truss rod turns fine.
