  • Condition: radio works, there seems to be limited stations and / or bands available, 3 come in in my area. top handle seems to have been assembled somewhat crooked as you can see in pics, or has a slight bend to one side post, nothing major. no cracks to plastic, has scratches, nicks, dings, marks and soiling. the biggest scratch is at the lower bottom front right hand side as shown in pics. has wear to yellowish border in front showing silver underneath. this was found in a garage and was very dirty, I cleaned it quickly and it could use a better cleaning. sold as is as found. please view all pics.

    here is a vintage ZENITH Model Z402R Broadcast Tube Radio Serial Number Z-368922 in working condition. this radio does not take batteries and has cord approximately 3 1/2 - 4 ft long. this old radio has limited channels and is a broadcast radio. I found 3 clear channels when plugged into outlet in my area in Rhode Island. there are no cracks to plastic, it was very dirty and I have quickly made it look more presentable but it still could use a better cleaning. there are scratches, including a long one on bottom face lower right corner area, dings, marks, fading and wear to trim color and the handle appears to have been assembled a little crooked or the right side handle post is somewhat bent?. has original tag on bottom base. I found out that this vintage ZENITH radio retailed for .99 when it was first introduced onto the market new. measures approximately 11" x 8" x 2 1/2". sold as is as found for you radio collectors. please view all pics.
